Can Spotlight be used for recruitment or selection? 

No. Spotlight is a development tool, not a measure of capability, and it should not be used for selection or recruitment. It helps people explore their performance preferences, make the most of their strengths, and adapt their style. If a customer wants a hiring or selection instrument, Spotlight is not the right fit and we should say so.
