How do I read 'Your Spotlights' (colour, position, shape)? 

Colour shows the lead preference (the colour of the spotlight lamp). Say "you lead with", not "you are". Position shows the second preference, where the lamp sits; if the top two share an axis, point to what they share, and if they sit diagonally, describe them as a sequence. Shape shows the blend, one to four preferences in the spotlight. Preferences in the shadows are not a lack of capability, just more of a stretch to flex into, and more is not more adaptable.
