Is Spotlight being discontinued?

No. Spotlight is live and supported. It powered the business until 2023 and is still the right product for many customers, especially those buying through a coach or consultant. Mindflick's strategic focus is the platform, and under the One Mindflick rebrand some of the language here (including the word 'practitioner') will change, so treat naming as provisional.
