Reach for Spotlight when the work is bounded: a leadership offsite, a coaching programme, a one-off assessment, anywhere you have a room, a facilitator, and a few hours. Reach for the platform when development needs to continue across many people, week by week. If a leadership team you debrief will keep working together, start with Spotlight and follow up with platform seats.
